Safari Bites: Today and Tomorrow

TODAY: STARTING SMALL WITH BIG DREAMS

Right now, Safari Bites is like a tiny seed (probably a chia seed because we love those). Small, packed with potential, and ready to grow into something amazing.

We started with after-school cooking classes in Colorado and South Carolina, and honestly? Kids love them. Parents love them. Even teachers love them (because they secretly want to join in).

But this isn’t just a cooking class where kids mix stuff in a bowl and hope for the best. Oh no, this is next-level food exploration.

We explore global cuisines – Because kids should know that food doesn’t just come from a lunchbox, it comes from stories, traditions, and sometimes, from halfway across the world.

We make healthy, no-cook recipes – Because we’d rather not have 20 third graders wielding sharp knives and open flames. Safety first. Deliciousness second.

We experiment with food science – Why does salt make chocolate taste sweeter? What happens when you mix oil and vinegar? (Hint: Chaos. But also learning.)

We’re currently partnering with local schools to bring this unique, hands-on, tastebud-tingling experience to kids in grades 2–5. And the best part?

It’s only the beginning.

TOMORROW: GROWING INTO SOMETHING BIGGER

The dream doesn’t stop at cooking classes. Because once you open the door to food, culture, and fun, you realize: Why stop here? Why not take Safari Bites beyond the classroom?

So, here’s where we’re headed:

VENDING MACHINES, BUT COOLER

Forget vending machines full of mystery snacks that have been there since before you were born.

We’re talking Safari Bites vending machines, stocked with snacks that are actually good.

 Thoughtfully curated.
 Healthy-ish (because balance).
Delicious enough that kids actually want them.

Imagine walking up to a machine and choosing a Cheetah Energy Bar or a Penguin Popcorn Cup. Feels futuristic, right? But not too futuristic. We’re not launching snacks into space. Yet.

FOOD TRUCKS WITH PERSONALITY

Food trucks are already fun. But imagine a Safari Bites food truck.

Fresh smoothies (because hydration is key).
Plant-based dishes (because veggies deserve love, too).
Wholesome snacks (because sometimes, you just need a good cookie).

Our food truck won’t just serve food—it’ll bring an experience. A moving classroom. A traveling taste-test. A place where kids (and adults) can discover new flavors, try new things, and feel good about what they eat.

We’ll pop up at farmers’ markets, schools, and community events. And, if all goes well, maybe even outside your office so you can ditch that sad desk lunch.

COOKIES. BECAUSE, OBVIOUSLY.

At some point, someone (probably Madhav) said, “What if Safari Bites had its own cookies?” And now we can’t stop thinking about it.

Because cookies are happiness. Cookies are love. Cookies make everything better.

In the future, Safari Bites Cookies will be:
✔️ Delicious (obviously).
✔️ Wholesome (but not in a cardboard-y way).
✔️ Made with ingredients you can actually pronounce.

We’re thinking flavors inspired by different cultures—like cinnamon churro cookies, matcha shortbread, and spiced honey biscuits. But we’ll let the kids be the taste-testers. (Kids are brutally honest. If they don’t like it, we’ll know.)

CATERING, BUT MAKE IT FUN

What’s better than eating great food? Sharing great food.

In the future, Safari Bites will bring the adventure to your special occasions—whether that’s a birthday party, a school event, or a random Tuesday where you just feel like celebrating.

Expect colorful platters, exciting flavors, and the kind of food that makes people say, “Wait, what is this? I need the recipe.”

Because food isn’t just something you eat—it’s something you experience. And that’s what Safari Bites is all about.

STAYING TRUE TO OUR ROOTS

No matter how big Safari Bites grows—whether we’re rolling out vending machines, parking our food trucks, or baking cookies by the thousands—our mission stays the same.

 Food should be fun.
Food should connect us to the world.
 Food should bring people together.

We started as a kid’s idea for a cooking class, and one day, it’ll be something much bigger. But through every recipe, every bite, and every adventure, we’ll always be about food, culture, and kindness.

And honestly? We’re just getting started.

Stay tuned. Big things are coming. 🚀
